This notice explains what personal data the FORGE Diagnostic tool collects, why, and what rights you have over it. It applies to this application only.

What we collect

When you create an account and use the diagnostic, we collect:

• Account details: your email address, a hashed (not plain-text) password, and your full name.
• Diagnostic content: your answers about your company and team, and your responses to the question set, so we can generate your report.
• Optionally, your company name.
• Payment information: if you pay by PayPal, PayPal handles your card or bank details directly. We only receive the payer name and email address PayPal gives us, the amount paid, and a transaction reference, for record-keeping and invoicing. We never see or store your card number or PayPal password.
• Whether you have agreed to this notice, and whether you have opted in to marketing updates, each with a timestamp.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• Delivering the diagnostic and your account. Necessary to provide the service you signed up for.
• Verifying your email address. Necessary to keep your account secure and prevent misuse.
• Processing your payment. Necessary to provide the service and to keep accounting and tax records we are legally required to keep.
• Sending you updates about future coaching offers. Only if you tick the optional box at signup. Based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us, with no effect on your diagnostic or account.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this tool. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.

• PayPal, to process payments.
• Our email provider, to send account and verification emails.
• Our hosting provider, which runs the application and its database.

How long we keep it

We keep account and diagnostic data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. We keep payment and invoicing records for as long as applicable accounting and tax law requires. If you have opted in to marketing updates, we keep that consent on file until you withdraw it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data, subject to what we are legally required to keep (such as invoicing records).
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain uses of your data.
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In France, this is the CNIL.

Cookies

This site uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It is required for the diagnostic to work and is not used for tracking or advertising. If you pay by PayPal, PayPal's own checkout page may set its own cookies while you are on their site, under their own privacy policy.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
